Daniel (Danny) Kivi is currently a undergraduate student taking his Honours Bachelors of Science in Computer Science at Lakehead University. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Danny learnt his love of computers at a young age through his interest in video games and curiosity of how things work. Danny started at Lakehead University in 2010 and took four years to learn the ropes of the industry and work as a freelance web developer. His main interests are still in backend web development using Javascript and PHP. Outside of computing, Danny spends a lot of his time volunteering around the community or timing sporting events as the lead timer with Thunder Bay Timing, a local non-profit electronic sport timing company.
